1. General Warranty Scope
RCVIX provides a limited warranty for industrial equipment supplied, including remote control lawn mowers and related machinery.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
2. Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is defined in the applicable:
- Sales Contract
- Proforma Invoice
- Product specification sheet
Warranty duration may vary depending on product model, configuration, or customized (OEM/ODM) requirements.
3. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Failure of components under normal operating conditions
- Functional defects not caused by external factors
RCVIX reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies under warranty.
4. Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does NOT cover:
(a) Improper Use
- Misuse or negligence
- Operation by untrained personnel
- Use outside intended industrial applications
(b) Mechanical Damage
- Accidents or collisions
- Improper installation or transport
- Physical damage after delivery
(c) Unauthorized Modifications
- Structural modifications
- Software or mechanical alterations
- Non-approved spare parts
(d) Normal Wear and Tear
- Consumable parts
- Natural degradation over time
5. Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide detailed description of the issue
- Submit photographic or video evidence
- Allow RCVIX to conduct technical evaluation
RCVIX reserves the right to request return of defective parts or equipment for inspection.
6. Remedies Under Warranty
If a defect is confirmed under warranty, RCVIX may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective component
- Replace the defective part or product
- Provide equivalent technical solutions
No additional compensation is provided beyond repair or replacement.
7. Limitation of Warranty Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Warranty is exclusive and replaces all other guarantees
- RCVIX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Downtime, loss of income, or operational interruption is excluded
8. OEM / ODM Products
For customized products:
- Warranty applies only to RCVIX-manufactured components
- Buyer is responsible for design specifications and compliance
- Non-standard configurations may have limited or modified warranty coverage
9. Force Majeure
Warranty obligations may be suspended or limited due to events beyond reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions or regulatory changes.
