1. General Shipping Policy
RCVIX provides international shipping services for industrial equipment, including remote control lawn mowers and related machinery.
All shipments are arranged based on the terms agreed in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.
Shipping arrangements may vary depending on destination, product configuration, and logistics requirements.
2. Delivery Terms (Incoterms®)
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, all deliveries are governed by the latest version of Incoterms® rules.
Common terms include but are not limited to:
- EXW (Ex Works)
- FOB (Free on Board)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)
Under these terms:
- Risk transfers at the point defined by the applicable Incoterm
- RCVIX is not responsible for loss or damage after risk transfer
- Buyers are responsible for import clearance unless otherwise agreed
3. Shipping Timeframes
All delivery timelines provided by RCVIX are estimated only and not guaranteed.
Actual shipping time may be affected by:
- Production schedules
- Carrier availability
- Customs clearance procedures
- Port congestion or logistics delays
- Force majeure events
RCVIX shall not be liable for any delays arising from third-party logistics providers or governmental authorities.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Responsibilities
The buyer is solely responsible for:
- Import clearance procedures
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Compliance with local import regulations
RCVIX does not assume responsibility for delays or costs related to customs clearance.
5. Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms at the designated point of delivery or shipment.
After risk transfer, RCVIX bears no liability for:
- Damage
- Loss
- Theft
- Delay
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods immediately upon receipt.
Any visible damage must be:
- Reported to the carrier immediately
- Documented with photographic evidence
- Communicated to RCVIX within a reasonable timeframe
Failure to do so may limit eligibility for claims.
7. Force Majeure (Shipping)
RCVIX shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery caused by:
- Natural disasters
- War or civil unrest
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic-related disruptions
- Logistics or carrier failures
8. Shipping Limitations
Certain products may be subject to:
- Export restrictions
- Special handling requirements
- Country-specific regulatory limitations
RCVIX reserves the right to refuse shipment where legal or logistical constraints apply.
