A municipal maintenance contractor in Lyon, France, was responsible for vegetation control across urban roadsides, traffic islands, and public green spaces. Many of these areas included mild to moderate slopes and were located alongside active traffic zones, making traditional mowing both inefficient and potentially hazardous.
