Payment
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
Order modifications or cancellations may only be possible before production has commenced.
Customized or OEM/ODM orders may not be eligible for cancellation once manufacturing or engineering work has started.
Do you provide Proforma Invoices (PI)?
Yes. A detailed Proforma Invoice including specifications, pricing, payment terms, shipping terms, and lead time will be provided before order confirmation.
What are your standard payment terms?
Payment terms are specified in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or sales contract.
In most cases, production begins after receipt of the agreed deposit payment, with the remaining balance payable before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
What payment methods do you accept?
RCVIX primarily accepts international bank transfer (T/T). Other payment arrangements may be discussed depending on order scale, cooperation history, and project requirements.
When is an order considered confirmed?
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Written commercial confirmation
- Agreement on technical specifications
- Receipt of the required deposit payment
Production scheduling begins after formal order confirmation.
Which currency do you use for quotations and payments?
International quotations are typically issued in USD unless otherwise agreed between both parties.
